Terms & Conditions

1. The Fan Photo Contest is organised by Central European Rally (CER).

2. Participation is free and open to all fans attending the Prague Parade (12 October 2025).

3. Each participant may submit up to 2 photos via the official submission form.

4. Only photos taken during the Prague Parade are eligible.

5. By submitting photos, participants confirm that the material is their own work and that they hold all rights to it.

6. Participants grant CER a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the submitted photos for editorial, promotional and communication purposes (including social media, website, press releases, and printed materials), always with author credit.

7. Submitted photos must not contain any unlawful, offensive, or unsafe content.

8. The organiser reserves the right to exclude entries that do not comply with these conditions.

9. Winners will be selected by the CER media team and contacted via the email provided in the submission form.

10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

GDPR & Data Privacy

 

• Personal data (name, email, photo file) will be collected only for the purpose of contest participation, winner communication, and content publication.

• The data controller is Central European Rally, represented by Allrounders.cz, Prague.

• Data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties outside the organising team.

• Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by emailing hello@allrounders.cz.

• All data will be deleted within 60 days after the contest ends.
