CENTRAL EUROPEAN RALLY 2023
Die WRC Central European Rally 2023 wird als zwölfte Veranstaltung der WRC-Saison 2023 vom 26. bis 29. Oktober auf den Straßen Deutschlands, Österreichs und Tschechien ausgetragen.
Es wird die erste Ausgabe einer grenzüberschreitenden Rallye im WRC-Kalender sein. Die Veranstaltung findet an vier Tagen statt, wobei der zeremonielle Start und die SP1 am Donnerstagnachmittag in Prag (CZ) und das Zielpodium am Sonntagnachmittag in Passau (D) stattfinden.
Der Servicepark sowie das Rallye-Hauptquartier werden im Messepark Kohlbruck in Passau angesiedelt sein. Das Startpodest befindet sich im Zentrum von Prag, während das Zielpodest in Passau aufgebaut wird.
Die Rallye umfasst 18 Wertungsprüfungen mit einer SS-Distanz von ca. 320 km. Die Gesamtstrecke inklusive der Straßenabschnitte beträgt knapp 1500 km. Höhepunkte der Rallye werden die kurze Sonderprüfung Prag am Donnerstag und die SSS Klatovy am Freitagmittag. Am Samstag und Sonntag wird die Rallye auf Etappen in Österreich und Deutschland ausgetragen.
